the geographical indications and traditional mentions
adimtted to be used in Romania for wines

Art. 1.— It is approved the list including the geograpbical indications and traditional mentions admitted to be used in Romania, for wines, in agreement with the annex forming an integrant part of thc present order.

Art. 2. - The Department - general of the agro-alimentary policy shall distribute the present order to the interested parties and shall follow up its application in the territory.

Art 3. — The Department-general for European integration, cooperation, and international relations shall ensure the distribution of the present order abroad.

Art. 4. — On the datc of the publication of the present order in «Monitorul Oficial» (Official Gazette of Romania), the Order of the minister of agriculture and alimentation No. 39 A of June 29, 1990 shall be abrogated.
